Ingredients
3 cups fresh baby rocket
1 punnet strawberries, halved
1 x 125g Giorgio's Artisan Cheese Buffalo Mozzarella
Small bunch basil, leaves picked
Balsamic glaze
Walnuts, to serve
Instructions
Step 1
Lay down rocket over a serving platter and sprinkle over strawberries.
Step 2
Place buffalo mozzarella in the centre of the salad. Sprinkle basil leaves over the top and add generous drizzle of balsamic glaze.
Step 3
Sprinkle over fresh walnuts and serve.
