Ingredients

1 x 185g can of tuna in oil, drained 

2 tbsp mayonnaise

1 tsp Dijon mustard

3 tbsp finely chopped dill pickles

1 tbsp pickle juice 

1 French shallot, finely chopped

2 bagels, halved

125g Giorgio's Fior di Latte

Salt and black pepper

Dill Pickle & Tuna Melt

Instructions

Step 1

Combine the tuna, mayonnaise, mustard, shallots, dill pickles, pickle juice, and a pinch of salt and pepper in a bowl.

Step 2

Spread the tuna mix onto each bagel half. Top with Fior di Latte, and grill until melted and golden.
