Ingredients

1kg baby potatoes, halved

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp sea salt

½ tsp cracked black pepper

 

Nduja Dressing

80g nduja

2 tbsp olive oil

 

To Finish

4–6 Baby Burrata

Fresh basil leaves

Sea salt

Cracked Pepper

Patatas Bravas with Nduja & Baby Burrata

Instructions

Step 1

Preheat oven to 220°C. Toss potatoes with olive oil, salt and pepper and roast 40 minutes, turning halfway, until golden and crispy.

Step 2

Place nduja and olive oil in a small saucepan over low heat. Warm gently until loose and spoonable.

Step 3

Pile the hot roasted potatoes on top and drizzle generously with warm nduja. Place Baby Burrata throughout the dish, and scatter with fresh basil, cracked pepper and flaky sea salt. Serve immediately while the potatoes are hot and the burrata is creamy.
