
Ingredients
500g Giorgio's Ricotta (well drained)
½ cup icing sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ cup mini chocolate chips
½ cup mixed citrus peel
¼ cup chopped pistachios
Pinch of salt
To serve
Cannoli shells or crostoli
Extra chocolate chips and pistachios, for topping

Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl, combine the ricotta, icing sugar, vanilla extract, citrus peel, chocolate chips, pistachios and a pinch of salt. Mix until well combined and smooth.
Step 2
Refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow the flavours to develop.
Step 3
Spoon the dip into a serving bowl and smooth the top. Sprinkle with extra chocolate chips and pistachios.
Step 4
Serve alongside cannoli shells or crostoli for dipping.
