Ingredients

250g Giorgio's Ricotta

500g Potato Gnocchi (boiled)

½ cup olive oil for frying

100g Prosciutto

Drizzle of Honey

Salt & Pepper to taste

Handful of fresh basil

Fried Gnocchi with Ricotta, Prosciutto & Honey

Instructions

Step 1

Fry the prosciutto in a pan for 1-2 minutes until crispy. Drain the excess old on paper towels.

Step 2

Heat a generous layer of oil in a pan. Add gnocchi straight in (no boiling needed if pan-frying) Cook until golden and crispy on all sides.

Step 3

Spoon gnocchi onto a plate & spoon over Ricotta (seasoned to taste). Scatter crispy prosciutto Drizzle with honey, fresh basil leaves and finish with black pepper and a drizzle of olive oil.
